Perform due diligence to assess Finance impacts of a deal.
Confidently communicate possible integrations strategy, risks and opportunities across large organizations and executives.
Align the right support or resources to deliver on specific goals or enablers for future opportunities.
Prioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful integration cycles.
Inspire, enable and empower teams to execute with a sense of urgency to deliver solutions and on priorities.
Influence cross-department agendas proactively to deliver outcomes while balancing short and long term objectives.
Serve as a thought leader, contributing practitioner, career guide, and mentor to teams.
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
At least 3 years of experience managing people.
At least 3 years of experience building and leading cross-functional product teams.
Mergers and Acquisitions experience.
At least 3 years of Agile Product Management experience.
