Set the vision, establish or refine patterns and create enablers for how we integrate different types of new partnership deals or acquisitions
Perform due diligence to assess Finance impacts of a deal
Confidently communicate possible integrations strategy, risks and opportunities across large organizations and executives
Align the right support or resources to deliver on specific goals or enablers for future opportunities
Prioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful integration cycles
Inspire, enable and empower teams to execute with a sense of urgency to deliver solutions and on priorities
Influence cross-department agendas proactively to deliver outcomes while balancing short and long term objectives
Serve as a thought leader, contributing practitioner, career guide, and mentor to teams
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration (preferred)
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
At least 3 years of experience managing people
At least 3 years of experience building and leading cross-functional product teams
Mergers and Acquisitions experience
At least 3 years of Agile Product Management experience
