About the role
- Manage Associate Experience initiatives and strategic projects that have a direct, measurable impact on the business and its people.
- Drive projects based on defined priorities, ensuring scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget are met.
- Identify and proactively mitigate risks and issues, escalating as needed.
- Design and manage engagement initiatives that reflect our values and promote associate well-being, inclusion, and connection.
- Serve as a culture ambassador, championing values, promoting team norms, celebrating wins, and helping leaders connect with their teams in meaningful ways.
- Track and report on engagement and development efforts to understand impact and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership and ensure commitment delivery.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.
- Display strong consulting and collaboration skills and exhibit the organizational agility required to adapt to changing business demands.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 3 Years Project Management experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Excel and Google Sheets
- Masters / MBA degree (Preferred)
- 5+ years of Project Management, Chief of Staff or Communications experience (Preferred)
- 1+ years of Jira experience (Preferred)
