Develop and maintain portfolio management strategies for our portfolio
Form actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership by conducting thoughtful analysis, developing frameworks, and deriving a holistic understanding of the small business credit card space
Develop action strategies to address underperformance of segments including credit line decrease (CLD), spend stimulation, and early charge-off/exit strategies
Partner with Product and Tech teams to build out new capabilities and platforms as needed to bring strategies and ideas to fruition
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
At least 2 years of experience in analysis
Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering (preferred)
5+ years of experience in analysis (preferred)
2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred)
1+ year of experience in consulting (preferred)
2+ years of experience in people management (preferred)
Ability to think strategically and work on whitespace problems
Strong communication and ability to tell a story through decks
Ability to leverage technical skills and work across SQL, Python, and other coding languages / platforms necessary for the job
