Requirements

7+ years of experience in software and data engineering
3+ years in leading and mentoring engineers
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
Strong experience designing and operating cloud-native data platforms on AWS, including Kubernetes-based workloads and API services
Deep technical knowledge of modern data stacks, including Databricks, dbt, Airflow, relational databases, and SQL performance optimization
Strong communication skills
Ability to influence across product, engineering, and business stakeholders
