About the role
- Partner directly with senior leaders to develop and execute integrated communications campaigns
- Shape functional narratives and influence decision making as a strategic consultant and partner of choice
- Focus on supporting Capital’s Global Technology group with enterprise-wide technology programs, as well as select other operating groups
- Plan and execute campaigns that support Capital’s strategic priorities and bring associates along the journey
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading internal communications strategy in a fast-paced, global organization, ideally supporting a large technology function or working at a technology company
- Proven track record of developing and executing communications plans that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Strong grasp of change management communications practices
- Seasoned communications leader with demonstrated project management skills, including communications planning, writing, storytelling, research, audience insights, and channel innovation
- Digital first style of writing and fluency in using Copilot for accelerated outcomes
- Understanding of current and emerging internal communications technology, tools, channels and best practices
- Passionate about the associate (employee) experience and understanding the essential role of internal communications
- Persuasive, influential, and savvy communicator with experience in consulting senior stakeholders across the business
- Agility and ability to pivot quickly, adjusting to fast-paced developments in the technology space
- Global mindset and comfort navigating a highly matrixed corporate environment
- Basic understanding of and strong interest in current and emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence.
