About the role
- Retain and manage major market accounts within Capital Blue Cross service area.
- Collaborate with brokers and consultants to execute strategies.
- Prepare proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.
- Conduct customizable employee group meetings.
- Build relationships with internal partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of health care industry experience, project management, or sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Pennsylvania Life, Accident and Health license required within 90 days of hire.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong detail orientation and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to build business relationships.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of insurance products and their regulations.
- Working knowledge of claims processing and account administration.
