About the role

  • oversee the delivery and performance of the members of staff that make up your Capita FM Team
  • manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and partners
  • monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts to ensure cost efficiency
  • contribute to contract reviews, audits, and reporting to maintain compliance and transparency
  • identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect service continuity
  • drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness

Requirements

  • proven experience managing PFI or complex facilities management contracts
  • strong understanding of compliance frameworks and contractual obligations
  • excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • ability to delivery operational initiatives and manage budgets effectively
  • knowledge of risk management and performance improvement techniques
  • proactive, solution-focused approach with strong organisational skills
