About the role
- oversee the delivery and performance of the members of staff that make up your Capita FM Team
- manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and partners
- monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts to ensure cost efficiency
- contribute to contract reviews, audits, and reporting to maintain compliance and transparency
- identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect service continuity
- drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
Requirements
- proven experience managing PFI or complex facilities management contracts
- strong understanding of compliance frameworks and contractual obligations
- excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- ability to delivery operational initiatives and manage budgets effectively
- knowledge of risk management and performance improvement techniques
- proactive, solution-focused approach with strong organisational skills
