About the role
- Define and execute the vision for modern workplace technologies and infrastructure services aligned with business objectives
- Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and other collaboration tools to enhance employee productivity
- Oversee global IT operations, ensuring high availability and performance of infrastructure systems
- Own day-to-day operational support for end-user services, service desk, and infrastructure platforms
- Manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and connectivity
- Ensure robust security practices across workplace technologies and infrastructure
- Implement governance frameworks for data protection and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange, and modern workplace technologies
- Deep understanding of infrastructure operations (servers, storage, networking)
- Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
- Ability to manage complex projects and global teams
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and IT audit processes
