About the role

  • Lead the execution of Canon’s organic social strategy for consumer and business imaging and printing categories across central channels
  • Drive performance through data-led planning, content coordination, and platform optimization
  • Support product launches, campaign activation, and social commerce initiatives
  • Enable local NSO teams and ensure strategic alignment with Canon’s brand and business objectives in collaboration with CCMS

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., GA4,Sprout Social) to inform content and strategy
  • Ability to guide content development without hands-on production responsibility; strong visual and brand sensibility
  • Skilled in social listening and reporting tools; able to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Experience in budget tracking and resource optimization based on performance
  • Experience managing multi-platform social campaigns with strategic alignment to ITCG commercial and brand goals
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices, especially LinkedIn for professional engagement
  • Experience working with agencies, creators, and internal teams to deliver commercially aligned content
  • Experience in community management and organic content planning across central and local teams
  • Proven ability to work across departments and support localized execution strategies
  • Familiarity with conversion-focused content and social commerce strategies
  • Experience managing social media accounts and digital campaigns
  • Experience creating, editing and managing content for Tiktok
  • Experience managing agency teams and campaign budgets
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and algorithms
  • Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and campaign tracking tools
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate campaigns
