About the role
- Take care of all the operational aspects of logistics and ground services of each flight
- Maintain and update Global View platform – Vista’s proprietary Operations systems
- Arrange Ground Handling services, airport slots, and fuel for all flights
- Liaise with external providers concerning ground services arrangements
- Request overflight and landing permits for all flights
- Provide accurate information on the status of flights during planning stage
- Liaise and coordinate directly with operating partners’ Tactical Controllers
- Ensure that all operations are fulfilled efficiently and within safety boundaries
Requirements
- Excellent English language skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and strong attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of the Business Aviation environment ideally in Ground Operations, Flight Dispatch, or Flight Planning
