About the role

  • Manage daily service tickets and ensure resolution within SLA timeframes.
  • Act as the on-site point of contact for client stakeholders and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of Property Operations processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the broader Property Operations function.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a security and/or facilities coordination role.
  • Experience managing external vendors or service providers.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • A proactive, calm, problem-solving mindset.
