About the role
- Manage daily service tickets and ensure resolution within SLA timeframes.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for client stakeholders and service providers.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting.
- Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of Property Operations processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the broader Property Operations function.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in a security and/or facilities coordination role.
- Experience managing external vendors or service providers.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
- A proactive, calm, problem-solving mindset.
