About the role

  • Managing a portfolio of channel partners and achieving agreed revenue objectives.
  • Developing targeted sales and marketing plans to support partner performance.
  • Coordinating enquiries, support requests, promotions, and incentive programs.
  • Managing sales forecasting, stock updates, and rebate processes.
  • Overseeing Partner Portal (Edge) and second-hand stock administration.
  • Leading quarterly business reviews and managing partner opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Supporting partner onboarding, training, and event coordination.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of the broader Indirect Sales Strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in the print industry and/or channel sales, account management, or a similar partner-focused sales role.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and drive growth.
  • Confidence working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience an advantage).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to partner interactions.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
