Build and maintain relationships with GPs and LPs to facilitate seamless data integration and document reporting.
Master the Ecosystem: Build deep institutional knowledge of investor portals—understanding exactly when they report and how they report.
Drive Automation: Partner directly with our technology and product teams to bring forward ideas for automation, actively helping us transition from manual operations to fully automated solutions.
Optimize Operations: Continuously identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements to create massive efficiencies in your day-to-day workflow.
Reconcile & Troubleshoot: Investigate and resolve missing documents by comparing expected reporting dates against client expected deliverables to ensure zero gaps in data.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience in fund operations, tech, or data entry is a plus.
0–2 years of relevant experience; prior exposure to financial services, operations, or high-volume administrative work is highly preferred.
