About the role
- Provide high quality support for Level 1 (L1) support inquiries
- Work cross functionally with internal teams
- Drive Support team’s internal efficiency by creating SOPs
- Proactively identify improvement areas within Support team operations
- Ensure application of efforts efficiently for greatest impact
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience within healthtech support
- Familiarity with insurance claims processing is a bonus
- Comfortability troubleshooting technical issues such as API and platform integrations is a bonus
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to quickly prioritize new tasks
- Ability to creatively troubleshoot customer issues
- Professionalism, respect, and empathy for the customer
