About the role
- Collaborate with senior leaders to create a recruitment process and execute it.
- Advertise open jobs and post them on various job boards and social media channels.
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing and sort/screen candidate resumes.
- Schedule phone and in person interviews and address candidate questions throughout the interview process.
- Process position requisitions and manage all applications, resumes, and internal job postings.
- Utilize, maintain and update ATS (e.g., Lever) to track applicants and improve processes.
- Administer pre-employment testing as required and check references.
- Own recruiting agency relationships for all departments and provide insights on talent attraction metrics (funnel, sources, conversion, retention).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Business Administration or related field or years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing applicants for SaaS companies for engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success roles.
- Experience with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite preferred.
- Experience recruiting for fast growing SaaS organizations.
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; energetic self-starter.
