About the role

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to create a recruitment process and execute it.
  • Advertise open jobs and post them on various job boards and social media channels.
  • Conduct proactive candidate sourcing and sort/screen candidate resumes.
  • Schedule phone and in person interviews and address candidate questions throughout the interview process.
  • Process position requisitions and manage all applications, resumes, and internal job postings.
  • Utilize, maintain and update ATS (e.g., Lever) to track applicants and improve processes.
  • Administer pre-employment testing as required and check references.
  • Own recruiting agency relationships for all departments and provide insights on talent attraction metrics (funnel, sources, conversion, retention).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business Administration or related field or years of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing applicants for SaaS companies for engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success roles.
  • Experience with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for fast growing SaaS organizations.
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; energetic self-starter.
