Field Marketing Manager

• Own the marketing data strategy and tech stack to enable targeted, personalized campaigns and performance reporting, balancing data requirements and efficiency
• Gather, clean, enrich, and integrate data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, analytics tools, ad platforms, etc.) into Hubspot, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Set up and manage the flow of data between Hubspot and other tools, e.g., sales automation, ABM platforms, for timely action

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles: sourcing, screening, managing interviews, and closing offers.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft outreach strategies, and calibrate on talent quality.
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end — ensuring every interaction reflects Canals’ culture of transparency, excellence, and ownership.
• Use data to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and hiring velocity to continuously improve process.
• Represent Canals authentically to the market, telling our story in a way that excites top technical talent.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the company’s financial model end-to-end.
• Build, maintain, and evolve a clear forward-looking model that enables scenario planning, hiring projections, profitability analysis, and capital allocation decisions.
• Oversee accounting, taxes, and books and records.
• Partner with external firms where appropriate, but maintain accountability for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Lead FP&A and strategic planning.
• Translate financial data into insight. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Bring clear recommendations — not just numbers.
• Partner closely with go-to-market leadership.
• Support sales compensation planning, revenue forecasting, invoicing processes, collections, and customer-facing financial workflows.

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email, maintaining our 1-minute average first response time.
• Troubleshoot product and integration issues, escalating when needed to Support Engineers or Product.
• Use Postman to test API endpoints and SQL to run basic queries for debugging or validation.
• Investigate customer behavior and issues using FullStory session data.
• Collaborate closely with CSMs and the Solutions team to ensure smooth onboarding and post-launch support.
• Document resolutions and update internal Zendesk macros and knowledge base articles.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process or product improvements.
