About the role

  • Deliver talent & people analytics projects: Design analytics for talent review and succession planning; analyze performance, potential, and readiness trends.
  • Track executive headcount and movement of high potentials and successors.
  • Own talent analytics datasets—clean, integrate, structure, and maintain data coming from multiple HR systems and sources.
  • Build and maintain succession dashboards for critical roles and track: ready now/ready later pipeline depth, internal fill rate.
  • Translate business growth plans into capability and headcount scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate HR/talent benchmarks from other relevant organizations providing an external lens of comparison.
  • Advance HR reporting, analytics, and insights capabilities and offerings: Build and evolve reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline talent reporting processes.
  • Assess data and technology needs and collaborate with partners to advance analytics maturity.
  • Drive consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data.
  • Develop executive-ready insights & presentations: Translate complex analysis into compelling, clear insights and narratives.
  • Create streamlined processes to transition talent data from SuccessFactors to Excel for use by the Global Talent team.
  • Build presentations highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Present insights to executive audiences with confidence and clarity.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline – math, statistics, business/human resources, computer science, or a similar qualified technical discipline.
  • Certification and/or training in human resources, business analysis, project management, and/or Lean Six Sigma would be considered an asset.
  • Experience and subject matter expertise in HR, talent management, or workforce analytics.
  • Experience supporting executive-level talent reviews is preferred.
  • Bilingualism (fluent in French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only.
