About the role
- Communicate with applicants in English
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to obtain medical information from applicants
- Responsible for processing applications
- Process requests for additional information from underwriters
- Respond to calls in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain performance standards such productivity, quality, and schedule adherence
Requirements
- Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required
- Customer service focused
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Medical terminology (course completed or in progress)
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Professional and able to maintain confidentiality
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Strong keyboarding skills with high level of accuracy
- Able to work between 8am - 8pm EST (three shifts on rotation)
- Reliability Status Security Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment.
