About the role

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, and hiring managers to source, assess and select talent for requisitions in the organization, specializing in high-volume roles; in alignment with the company’s business needs and inclusion practices.
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, and continuously refine recruitment approaches.
  • Tap into both existing and new talent pipelines to attract candidates, all in alignment with established recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through social platforms, recruitment portals, inclusive partnerships and other tools.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, educating them on the recruitment process, interview techniques and selection criteria, and managing the flow and quality and candidates.
  • Conduct fair, bias-aware assessment and interviews; communicate clearly and transparently with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support recruitment initiatives through attending career fairs, networking events, and other talent‑attraction activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in talent acquisition.
  • A degree or certificate in Human Resources or a related field – Or equivalent skills and experience.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing and talent search tools is an asset.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities comfortably.
  • Comfort working with data, interpreting insights, and presenting information in a clear way.
  • A commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, respect, and inclusive decision making.
  • Accountability, initiative, and a proactive approach to meeting timelines and delivering results.
  • Strong accountability and responsibility to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Bilingualism (fluent in French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only.
