About the role
- Monitor the shared mailbox to identify emails from internal business partners and external entities
- Take responsibility for mail preparation – opening, applying date stamps, and preparing items for scanning
- Sort incoming mail into a document management system
- Conduct searches across multiple company systems to locate client and policyholder files
Requirements
- Bilingualism (proficiency in French and English) is required
- At least two years of work experience in an administrative or legal support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in French and English)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Strong technical skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Foxit, document management software)
