About the role
- Managing a fluctuating caseload of new and ongoing disability cases
- Providing excellent customer service during case management
- Liaising with medical and legal professionals on claims assessment
- Reviewing group policies for policy wording and interpretation
Requirements
- Post secondary education
- 2-3 years experience in group insurance or benefits administration
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingualism is an asset
- LOMA, HIAA, ICA or CEBS desirable
- Reliability Status Security Clearance required
