About the role

  • Triage/prep incoming mail including documents and cheques for Wealth, Quadrus, Life Client Service, and Group Retirement Services teams within time standards
  • Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork
  • Assist with non-financial processing when required
  • Support small projects when necessary
  • Sending outbound mail
  • Manage the team shared e-mail boxes
  • Responsible for workflow distribution electronically

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Eagerness and ability to learn
  • Unitrax, GPAS and Investment Centre Imaging system experience an asset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and team building skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Reliability Status Security Clearance required upon employment offer.
