About the role
- Lead IT strategy, infrastructure planning, and systems implementation
- Oversee network administration, cloud infrastructure, and identity management
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Manage IT operations, help desk, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Scale infrastructure to support multi‑site growth and new office buildouts
Requirements
- You have deep expertise in enterprise IT architecture, cloud infrastructure, and network administration
- You excel in leadership, team development, and cross‑functional collaboration
- You communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences
- You proactively identify and mitigate security and operational risks
- You thrive in fast‑paced, scaling environments and build systems for long‑term growth
- You have 5+ years experience with deploying and maintaining the following software:
- Okta
- Google Workspace
- Jamf
- Apple Business Manager
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- Google Cloud SQL for Postgres
- Ubiquiti/UniFi
- You have experience successfully implementing and completing SOC 2 audits
- NIST 800-171 compliance experience a bonus
