About the role
- Work with the Insights & Analytics Senior Manager to develop strategic recommendations
- Synthesize insights from multiple data sources to inform regional sales strategy
- Stay current on national trends and identify regional nuances
- Uncover market-level commercial execution gaps and recommend actions
- Work cross-functionally with Pricing/Revenue Growth & Commercial Finance
- Participate in monthly Business Execution Excellence reviews
- Build locally relevant selling materials for regional sales teams
- Contribute to business critical reporting and research projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales analytics, insights, or a related function (CPG or beverage industry experience a plus).
- Experience with syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Numerator, Technomic, Datassential, IWSR, etc.) and internal sales systems.
- Experience collaborating with distributors and retail partners is a plus.
