About the role

  • Work with the Insights & Analytics Senior Manager to develop strategic recommendations
  • Synthesize insights from multiple data sources to inform regional sales strategy
  • Stay current on national trends and identify regional nuances
  • Uncover market-level commercial execution gaps and recommend actions
  • Work cross-functionally with Pricing/Revenue Growth & Commercial Finance
  • Participate in monthly Business Execution Excellence reviews
  • Build locally relevant selling materials for regional sales teams
  • Contribute to business critical reporting and research projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales analytics, insights, or a related function (CPG or beverage industry experience a plus).
  • Experience with syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Numerator, Technomic, Datassential, IWSR, etc.) and internal sales systems.
  • Experience collaborating with distributors and retail partners is a plus.
