About the role

  • Independently handle and resolve learner inquiries through various communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information to ensure learners’ needs are fully understood, and their issues are effectively resolved
  • Liaise with cross-functional partners and the global support community to address complex learner feedback
  • Observe user trends and share insights to support continuous product and process improvements
  • Maintain service excellence in line with established quality and efficiency benchmarks (SLAs).

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Success or Support roles
  • Native-level proficiency in Turkish with excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Intermediate level proficiency in spoken and written English (essential for global team coordination)
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to operate independently with high accountability
  • A university degree and a strong interest in the EdTech/Language learning industry.
