About the role
- Independently handle and resolve learner inquiries through various communication channels in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information to ensure learners’ needs are fully understood, and their issues are effectively resolved
- Liaise with cross-functional partners and the global support community to address complex learner feedback
- Observe user trends and share insights to support continuous product and process improvements
- Maintain service excellence in line with established quality and efficiency benchmarks (SLAs).
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Success or Support roles
- Native-level proficiency in Turkish with excellent grammar and writing skills
- Intermediate level proficiency in spoken and written English (essential for global team coordination)
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to operate independently with high accountability
- A university degree and a strong interest in the EdTech/Language learning industry.
