Systems Engineer

• Design and build Cambly's design system as a project: a structured, variable-based token architecture (color, spacing, type, and more) and a documented component library that builds on top of it
• Modernize our existing design system into one that includes clear rules for when and how to use each component
• Write specs and documentation precise enough that our designers, our engineers, and our AI coding agents can all implement correctly with minimal ambiguity
• Be part of a small, fast-moving design team where your work frees up our product designers to focus on high-craft areas of Lexicon that need it most.

Design Systems Designer – Contract

Full-stack Engineer

• Own the product platform. Lead the design and delivery of our backend systems: APIs, data models, and services, and be accountable for them working in production.
• Make the hard calls. Own the judgment that shapes product work, including how we model the domain and when to build for scale and extensibility versus building quickly for fast learnings.
• Ship end to end. Take products from technical design through launch, and own major initiatives across the team.
• Work across the stack. Pick up frontend, mobile, and data work outside your core when a product needs it, using AI to be effective in areas where you aren't the resident expert.
• Set how we build. Raise the technical bar through architecture, reviews, and good practices, and turn the AI workflows that work into practices the rest of the team adopts.
• Grow the team. Mentor engineers, review their work, and help raise the standard of everyone around you.

Staff Software Engineer

Sales Operations Manager

• Design and build sales workflows and tooling from scratch, often as the first person to solve a given problem at Cambly
• Own HubSpot end-to-end: data model, pipeline stages, automations, reporting, integrations
• Build and maintain prospecting/enrichment workflows using Clay, LinkedIn, and similar tools
• Implement and optimize call recording/conversation intelligence tools for coaching and pipeline insight
• Identify and build AI-enabled workflows across the sales cycle (lead scoring, call summarization, forecasting)
• Build dashboards and reporting for real-time pipeline health, rep performance, and forecast accuracy
• Diagnose bottlenecks in the sales cycle and design scalable processes, not one-off patches
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to keep systems and data aligned
