Work on cross-functional delivery teams, participate in design collaboration and open peer feedback, and collaborate with product managers and technical teams to build successful products.
Requirements
4+ years of UX/Product Design experience in SaaS or AI-driven products
A passion for user research, data synthesis, and leveraging analytics to drive decisions
Proven success leading UX initiatives and influencing cross-functional teams
Expertise in Figma (or similar tools), usability testing, and interaction design
Strong storytelling and communication skills—you can articulate and advocate for your ideas across all levels
Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, and innovation thrives
