Requirements
- 8-10+ years of direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales support
- Strong consulting and project management skills
- Ability to drive effective conversations at the C-level
- Experience in delivering software solutions and strategic best practices
- Bilingual (English, Spanish, German, or French) strongly preferred
