About the role
- Bridge the gap between technological innovation and market reality
- Act as the technical face of the company guiding BSPs through their Cloud Journey and AI transformation
- Evangelize the technical vision for AI-first SaaS portfolio
- Collaborate with product teams on design of AI Agents
- Research emerging trends to ensure competitive advantage
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to C-Level executives
- Represent the company at industry conferences and publish technical documentation
- Collaborate with Sales to close complex deals
- Translate customer requirements into scalable cloud-based AI architectures
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Engineering Leadership
- 10+ years of experience at the Director or VP level working with globally distributed teams
- Proven track record working with or for Broadband Service Providers
- Ability to command a room, whiteboard complex concepts on the fly, and communicate ROI to non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to get your hands dirty and prototype when necessary
- Proven track record with scalable Cloud Architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of microservices, and Cloud Infrastructure Management
