Lead planning, management, and execution of all California Closets Paid Search campaigns, including account setup, strategy development, campaign structure, budget management, bidding strategies, and invoice/billing oversight
Manage budgets exceeding $10M, including market-specific billing details and reporting to internal finance teams
Direct and manage digital agency to define, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across paid media channels including SEM, YouTube video and display, programmatic, and retargeting
Guide agency efforts in keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to uncover growth opportunities and mitigate risks
Leverage SEO insights to inform keyword strategy, landing page relevance, and overall search visibility
Demonstrate a passion for data and problem-solving, with the ability to extract insights, interpret anomalies, and identify key performance trends
Review campaign performance by market/DMA and collaborate with local business owners and managing operators to align strategies with specific objectives
Drive continuous improvement and experimentation to meet and exceed monthly volume and ROAS targets
Engage regularly with agency and platform account teams to assess performance, adopt optimal solutions, and evolve strategies in response to the dynamic paid search landscape
Develop and execute a data-driven YouTube advertising strategy aligned with California Closets’ business goals
Collaborate across Growth, Tech, Operations, Solutions, and Brand teams to ensure alignment of paid search initiatives with company growth initiatives & business objectives
Conduct attribution analysis to understand how media mix impacts paid search performance, including visitor volume and quality
Maintain awareness of SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure paid search strategies complement organic efforts
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth in paid search advertising
Ensure compliance with corporate privacy and data governance policies for all internal and third-party efforts
Requirements
7+ years of Paid Search experience managing and optimizing campaigns in Google Paid Search and Microsoft Ads
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing YouTube video campaigns
Google and Microsoft Ads certifications
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4)
Strong skills in Excel (macros, charts, pivot tables) and Tableau or similar BI platforms for data manipulation and visualization
Proven experience with A/B testing and iterative campaign optimization
Detail-oriented with a passion for creating processes to manage multiple campaigns and track location/franchise-specific strategies
Ability to use data and metrics to solve problems, support assumptions, and identify opportunities
Track record of exceeding performance goals through analysis, problem-solving, and strategic execution
Benefits
Base salary for this range is $130k - $150k + benefits
