- Proven experience in scaling DTC ecommerce brands (supplements/fitness a huge plus).
- You can go from concept → funnel → ads → copy → launch without hand-holding.
- Obsessed with metrics, conversions, and testing until something works.
- Deep understanding of what makes US consumers click, buy, and stay loyal.
