About the role
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
- Support performance management, goal-setting, and appraisal processes
- Assist in training and development initiatives and learning programs
- Manage employee relations topics in line with company policies and local labor law
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and HR-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and procedures
- Support employee engagement, internal communication, and HR projects
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday or similar preferred)
- Strong MS Excel and reporting skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and a high level of confidentiality
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
