About the role
- The CEO will drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster innovation in the digital asset landscape.
- Requires fintech, blockchain, and leadership experience in high-growth environments.
- Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy aligned with market trends; drive innovation and expansion.
- Financial & Business Growth: Oversee fundraising, investor relations, budgets, and revenue models.
- Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to global cryptocurrency regulations; collaborate with legal teams.
- Operational & Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team; oversee day-to-day operations, risk management and security.
- Partnerships & Market Positioning: Develop partnerships with exchanges, financial institutions, and blockchain developers; represent company at events.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CEO, Founder, or Senior Executive in the crypto, blockchain, or fintech sector.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, Web3, and digital asset markets.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting cryptocurrency and fintech businesses.
- Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and business scaling.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Level of studies: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology / Finance / Economics or related field.
- Language Requirements: Fluent in English
