• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity on EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Build and maintain Rust-based blockchain modules, such as on Substrate or Solana-compatible platforms.
• Contribute to the design of custom blockchain protocols and token standards.
• Write secure, gas-optimized, and thoroughly tested smart contracts.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate blockchain components into products.
• Conduct code reviews, audits, and vulnerability assessments for blockchain code.
• Analyze and improve the performance, security, and scalability of the Caiz blockchain.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technologies, including new EIPs, cryptographic primitives, and layer-2 solutions.

Blockchain Developer – Solidity, Rust

• The CCO will drive Caiz's global commercial strategy with a focus on partnerships, market positioning, and commercial viability.
• Oversees strategic business development, brand visibility, and long-term value creation while aligning with Shariah principles.
• Develop and lead execution of Caiz’s commercial strategy to expand footprint in crypto and ethical finance markets.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships to support platform growth and ecosystem development.
• Guide corporate branding, thought leadership, and communications to position Caiz as a market leader.
• Evaluate and develop commercial models aligned with industry standards and ethical practices.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and product teams to ensure partnerships and models adhere to Shariah guidelines.
• Represent Caiz in industry events, forums, and strategic discussions with key stakeholders.

Chief Commercial Officer, Crypto/Blockchain
