About the role
- Develop and deploy smart contracts on public blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Solana, XRP).
- Architect backend services using asynchronous workers and resilient messaging.
- Ensure reliability in distributed and potentially unstable environments.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and other tools.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years of software development experience
- Hands-on experience with at least one public blockchain protocol
- Proficiency in smart contract development and deployment
- Familiarity with Rust/Go, Node/Client protocols
- Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain interoperability
- Proficiency in at least one backend language; willingness to learn Rust and Java
- Experience with SQL and cloud databases (AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, Azure)
- Expertise in secure software development practices
- Proven ability to mentor and guide engineering teams
- Experience working with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools
- Strong background in unit and integration testing
