Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all business development efforts are compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., KYC, AML, security regulations in different markets).
Create detailed reports on business development activities, track KPIs, and assess project success.
Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to integrate business development efforts into broader company strategies.
Foster innovation by evaluating new product or service offerings in the cryptocurrency space, such as token launches, NFTs, decentralized finance (DeFi) services, and blockchain integration.
Requirements
5 years of experience in business development, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech sectors.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and the evolving crypto landscape.
Proven experience in identifying and executing new business opportunities, negotiating high-level partnerships, and managing complex projects.
Familiarity with crypto industry regulations and compliance, including knowledge of KYC, AML, and securities laws.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.
