About the role

  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by evaluating and enhancing the ServiceNow platform and ITAM functionality.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements for new requests and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and document system improvements.
  • Develop implementation plans and support change management efforts.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and usability.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Conduct testing for functionality, performance, and security.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in process documentation and user training.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly the ITAM module (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of ITIL best practices.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
  • 3–5 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or IT project coordination.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms; familiarity with ITAM module preferred.
  • Proficiency in process documentation, user training, and change management.
  • Technical skills including data analysis, system testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CBAP, or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator are a plus.
