C10 Labs is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Lead to our team. You’ll be the go-to architect of our talent strategy, from sourcing top-tier founders and executives to identifying specialized technical talent for AI-driven ventures. You’ll work closely with the studio leadership, founders, and advisors to design hiring processes, craft compelling outreach, and cultivate a talent network that fuels rapid growth.\n
You won’t just fill roles—you’ll shape the DNA of our ventures.\n
This will be a contract role with the potential to convert full time.
Requirements
5+ years in recruiting/talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in startup or high-growth tech environments.\n
Proven ability to hire technical talent (AI/ML, engineering, data science) and senior leadership.\n
Experience building recruiting processes from scratch in lean environments.\n
Strong sourcing skills and experience keeping a talent pipeline engaged.\n
Experience evaluating and building up systems to support hiring demand and the organizations needs.\n
Excellent storytelling and outreach abilities—you can inspire top candidates to take the leap.\n
Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid scaling needs.\n
A deep network in AI, tech, or venture ecosystems is a plus.
