• Develop and implement operational strategies, working closely with the portfolio companies to help them achieve their objectives
• Collaborate with the managing partners to contribute insights for long-term planning for the studio based on your understanding of the AI market and emerging trends
• Support strategy by creating budgets and organizational designs
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across the portfolio
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operations and the opportunities for growth and scalability
• Implement data-driven, decision-making processes to drive improvements that can be repeatable across the portfolio
• Identify and mitigate operational risks
• Cultivate and manage relationships with portfolio company leadership teams and the broader investor community, fostering connections between the groups as relevant

• Provide strategic mentorship to portfolio companies, leveraging your AI or industry expertise, network, and business acumen.
• Assist founders and leadership teams in developing and refining their business strategies, market positioning, and overall business plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and constructive feedback to help startups overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
• Provide expert insights on market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential risks associated with investment opportunities.
• Participate in workshops for portfolio companies to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as fundraising, business development, and scaling operations.
• Share industry best practices and emerging trends in AI to keep portfolio companies informed and well-positioned for success.

• Serve as trusted advisors to C10 Labs leadership and the NYC EDC AI Nexus platform.
• Provide strategic perspective, ecosystem insight, and thought leadership for New York initiatives
• Strengthen C10's network, inform investment and studio strategy.
• Participate in periodic advisory sessions, speaking opportunities, ecosystem activities, and selective programming.
