• Lead setup and rollout of proprietary insight communities and online qualitative projects, including platform configuration, screener design, sample/recruitment plans, and participant management.

• Solve staffing challenges across all client accounts, ensuring optimal allocation for clients, teams, and individuals.
• Align staffing with revenue goals, margin improvement strategies, and growth priorities (for both clients and individuals).
• Collaborate with the Growth team to plan staffing for new opportunities.
• Connect the dots between team communication and data, proactively anticipating next steps.
• Lead daily conversations with employees and leaders about staffing, career aspirations, skill sets, and feedback.
