About the role
- Information Manager/Knowledge Manager supporting Joint Force Headquarters DODIN (USCYBERCOM) at Fort Meade, MD.
- Serve as forward extension of KM team within staff to enhance KM efforts in directorates.
- Support implementation of KM efforts across people, processes, and tools.
- Serve as Content Manager for specified directorates.
- Translate operational requirements into integrated technical solutions and advise staff.
- Design, document and orchestrate doctrinally sound processes to support operational mission requirements.
- Make recommendations for process enhancements and new process development.
- Provide technical expertise, oversight and control in communications, time management, QA/QC, process development and risk management.
- Provide support to FOIA requests via task management system.
- Provide support to Records Management including development of metadata tagging and structure.
Requirements
- Foundational working Knowledge in Information Management (IM) /Knowledge Management (KM)
- SharePoint End User Basic Understanding of SharePoint Out-of-the-Box Features
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products
- Effective communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- SharePoint experience with creating sites, editing pages, list items, and changing site permissions (preferred)
- Familiar with SharePoint Designer (preferred)
- Records Management Experience (preferred)
- Process Development (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance (required)
