About the role

Oversee Project and Program Management staff supporting multiple GOVT and Commercial programs/projects
Coordinate deliverables, integrated master schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources
Create scope documents (work breakdown structures), CONOPs, service descriptions, and project requirements documentation
Provide management support including briefings, conference/meeting support, and senior-level strategic communications
Act as escalation customer point of contact for issue resolution and solution options
Coordinate subordinate recruitment, training, performance assessment, and personnel actions
Ensure relationships among customers, teaming partners, and vendors facilitate IT service delivery
Provide analysis and execute recommendations for IT-related problem resolution

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree desired
At least 3-7 years relevant Project/Program Management experience across the entire project life cycle
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; specifically Excel and Project
Excellent communication, effective leadership, and interpersonal skills
Must have demonstrated success in scheduling, risk management, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
Experience staffing and managing distributed teams (onsite and remote)
Experience with planning, estimating, organizing, staffing and executing projects at scale
Experience with quality assurance measures to improve contract performance
Ability to operate independently and establish effective working relationships with senior-level customers
Minimum SECRET Clearance required
Preferred: Experience working with DISA; PMP desired; related IT or engineering industry experience
