About the role

  • Establish, scale, and continuously evolve the Enterprise PMO vision, operating model, and organizational structure.
  • Define and enforce enterprise-wide governance standards, agile methodologies, and project delivery frameworks.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define, communicate, and operationalize enterprise KPIs and SLAs.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to executives on portfolio health, prioritization, delivery risk, and enterprise readiness.
  • Drive alignment between strategic objectives and program execution across all business units.
  • Champion an Agile mindset across the organization, promoting iterative delivery, adaptability, and transparency.
  • Introduce and scale agile frameworks across project teams and business units.
  • Coach leaders and teams on agile practices including sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and adaptive planning.
  • Lead the deployment and optimization of project management systems, tools, and delivery dashboards.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI-driven analytics and automation to enhance forecasting, project tracking, and performance insights.

Requirements

  • 6 + years of progressive experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience within a high-growth or transformation-driven organization.
  • Proven success building, scaling, or leading enterprise PMOs across multiple business units.
  • Strong experience with Agile at scale, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale enterprise transformations and digital initiatives.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing portfolios exceeding $25M.
  • Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or Agile certifications (SAFe, CSM, PMI-ACP).
  • Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification preferred.
