• Using knowledge of the market, contribute to the design and delivery of a cashflow funding product that meets the needs of an underserved borrower population.

Regional Lead – Cashflow Finance

Account Manager

• Successfully remote relationship managing a portfolio of established SME businesses, providing secured lending including commercial mortgages and asset finance, as well as current accounts and deposit facilities. The Allica product offering will continue to widen over time as we further grow.
• Proactive Credit risk management of your portfolio, including using data alerts and insight to identify early warning indicators and support with further advances where required.
• Working closely with business owners to support their plans and ambitions through originating new lending opportunities from initial enquiry to completion, including assessing and proposing credit papers inline with Allica’s credit policies and appetite.
• Leading and developing a small team of relationship managers, providing coaching and support. This will include regular performance reviews and intervention where appropriate.
• Communicating and tracking key objectives within your portfolio and your team to ensure high levels of service and customer outcomes.
• Actively managing your own objectives and personal development plan, supporting the Senior Central Relationship Manager with the delivery of the team goals and ambitions.
• You will be able to evidence the ability to work independently when supporting established SMEs with their requirements, and also the ability to coach others.

• Provide advanced end-to-end IT support across deskside, telephone, and remote channels, acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Own and drive the IT support queue, ensuring effective prioritisation, SLA adherence, and continuous service improvement.

• Enhance to the financial crime risk management controls and procedures for customers in the Fiduciary and Regulated Sectors
• The review, enhancement and, where needed, development of related policy, risk appetite, customer due diligence standards and minimum on-boarding requirements, and the related procedures and processes for the above areas
• Work closely with product and relationship teams (including digital operations who own onboarding processes) to develop and embed appropriate processes for the above listed clients
• Work closely with the CDD team for the above customers to ensure the correct policies and procedures are in place
• Review and enhancement of the customer on-boarding journey to meet the requirements defined above
• Design and review of relevant transaction monitoring scenarios and rule sets for the above sectors
