About the role
- Analyse large, multi-source datasets to identify high-value accounts, segments, and growth opportunities.
- Develop account and audience prioritisation models based on behavioural, firmographic, and performance data.
- Generate insights on customer needs, decision drivers, and engagement patterns to inform ABM strategy.
- Define and monitor end-to-end growth and ABM KPIs, from engagement through pipeline creation and revenue impact.
- Partner with Growth and Marketing leaders to shape ABM and growth strategy using data-driven insights.
- Provide analytical input into campaign planning, including hypothesis development, success metrics, and measurement design.
- Support Sales alignment by analysing outreach effectiveness and identifying opportunities to improve targeting and sequencing.
- Design, evaluate, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests across messaging, targeting, channels, and sequencing.
- Quantify incremental impact and ROI to guide investment and prioritisation decisions.
- Translate test results into clear recommendations for scaling or iteration.
- Design and deliver insightful, visually compelling presentations to communicate key findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain regular reporting dashboards for ongoing monitoring of acquisition performance.
- Act as a trusted consultant to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions through structured analysis and clear storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Growth, and Data teams to ensure insights are actionable and adopted.
- Champion analytical rigour, experimentation, and continuous improvement across growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth tech startup, top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or similar
- Hands-on and proactive, with a “make it happen” attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Strong analytical toolkit (e.g. SQL, Excel, BI tools; Python/R a plus but not essential).
- Comfortable working with HubSpot and other modern marketing platforms
- Strong experience working with large datasets to solve ambiguous commercial problems.
- Proven track record designing and analysing experiments (A/B testing, attribution, incrementality).
- Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for crafting clear and persuasive presentations.
- Works quickly, collaboratively, without compromising on quality, and has high attention to detail.
