About the role
- Audiense is a next-generation analytics-to-action platform enabling brands to activate insights
- Hybrid role based in Fort Worth, TX, with 3 days per week onsite
- Split time between day-to-day IT support operations and automation projects across device management, account provisioning, and identity workflows
- You’ll excel in scripting, automation platforms, and identity systems
Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk environments
- Are confident in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Know how to manage and deploy endpoints with tools like Intune/Autopilot, Kandji, or PDQ Deploy
- Have worked with identity systems like Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Duo
- Are familiar with automation platforms (Power Automate, n8n, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset and take pride in delivering reliable, well-documented IT solutions
