About the role
- Take the lead and scope, shape and deliver strategy and objectives for Real Estate, Construction & Projects and Planning divisions
- Work closely with partners to execute their growth plans
- Influence strategy and drive market opportunities
- Design and manage business plans focused on ROI and key deliverables
- Collaborate with bids team to lead and prepare proposals, credentials and client-facing collateral to win new business
- Create and deliver business development and marketing campaigns focused on growing key relationships
Requirements
- Strong background in the property & infrastructure sector
- Proven track record of working with and influencing senior colleagues
- Previous legal or professional services experience
- Excellent organisational, communication and written skills
