About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Conduct site visits and manage on-site teams
- Lead and coordinate project activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables
- Prepare comprehensive project plans
- Implement quality control measures to ensure standards are met
- Oversee supply chain activities and collaboration with contractors
- Lead commissioning processes and ensure smooth project handovers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing solar and/or renewable energy projects
- Proven experience delivering renewable projects with a combined capacity of 1,000 MW or more
- Strong understanding of solar PV, wind, hydropower systems, and Owner’s Engineering services
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – Mandatory
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project or Primavera)
- Strong IT skills, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
