About the role

  • Identify and secure new sustainability consulting opportunities across KSA and Bahrain.
  • Lead client meetings, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Drive revenue growth and support country-level sustainability targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing leadership to develop go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, government bodies, and strategic partners.
  • Lead end‑to‑end preparation of proposals and tenders.
  • Monitor and respond to sustainability‑related tenders in coordination with sales teams.
  • Lead the delivery of sustainability projects, including: Carbon footprinting and verification, ESG reporting and performance management, Sustainability and decarbonization strategies, Green building certifications and sustainability trainings.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Sustainability Consultants.
  • Serve as the primary interface for key sustainability engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG advisory, or related domains.
  • Proven track record in business development, proposal leadership, and client management.
  • Strong technical expertise in: GHG Protocol, ISO 14064 / ISO 14067
  • ESG frameworks: GRI, TCFD, ISSB, SBTi
  • Carbon management & sustainability strategy development
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
